rockershovel
Finished on the Plymouth job today and demobbed. As it was a bright sunny day I bypassed the traffic on the A38 and cut up the A386, then across Dartmoor via Burrator, Princetown and sundry other minor spots. Absolutely gorgeous. It’s many years since I last came that way, and I’m glad I made the diversion. Saw lots of sheep, but no ponies and oddly enough, no motorcycles although there WERE a few cyclists out.
bike2steam
Yep, apart from pics of the wonderful scenery we enjoy in this beautiful country I would add, seeing as I've spent best part of the last year, with a few months to go, undergoing treatment for cancer, treatment, and care at both Bournemouth and Dorchester Hospitals has been first class, supplied by the NHS, how many other countries supply it for free? Liam
Sorry to hear that bike2steam, I send my best wishes. Agree about the NHS; we are very blessed to have an incredible health care system here. This was the scene here in my corner of North Yorkshire on Thursday evening:

They do various activities. All bringing revenue. They even provided a 'private coach' for my wife and I (as she is disabled). rockershovel
Spending a few weeks on a drilling job in N Lincs, so driving up the A16 two or three times a week... which has reacquainted me with the quite tremendous “Boston Stump” . I’m afraid that my days of climbing 24 stories of scaffolding are behind me, though.,
