RMweb Gold Budgie Posted January 20, 2016 RMweb Gold Share Posted January 20, 2016 I've made use of FUD being able to detail down to 0.1mm to enable all the fine detailing like window frames & hoppers, vents, door buttons, filler caps, roof panel ridges etc etc, and you'd loose all that if you applied a vinyl over the top of it. So how would one apply southeastern livery to that, I wonder?
m0rris
Its pay day tomorrow so I have no excuses not to order a 365 along with my 180 trial prints on the weekend. All I'd like to say is thanks for your work! The Turbos are fantastic, helped fill a gap in my collection and most importantly encouraged me to explore 3D printing - I'm not going to make a million from it (correction - anything really) but I have been able to get models that I would never have otherwise got and it all started with a Turbo off shapeways! terrysoham
My 365 arrived today. The detail and general printing looks excellent. Now to clean it up and prepare it for priming. I just hope that my fitting it to the 350 chassis and painting in Govia Great Northern livery does it credit. Thank you Paul
