    Stunning layout! Had many a drunken weekend in Abercynon over the years, have to say the first time I experienced the Merthyr Tydfil girls was something different though lol!

    Went in the other week Black Rat and vowed not to go back ever.Asked the fella behind the counter what was going on regarding the model railway stuff and got some mumbled rude reply.I just use Chris' Crafts and Models now.

    You can get plasterboard with an insulation fixed to the back of it so you just fix it to the wall with "dot n dab".Its in the region of an 1"1/2 thick.

    I missed Exeter Mudmagnet and I will miss Plymouth as well due to being on holiday.Its a shame as I was gonna bring the sound locos.

    Sorry Kevin,maybe its just some local way of using the word swag(infact thinking about it I think I picked up the use of it from being in NZ).I meant there was a lot of em for sale when I googled the book after you mentioned it earlier.MFJ was me shortening Murrayfield Junctions name.

    Thats a shame to hear Mike and Henry have shut the shop.Great model shop that was.Never seemed to be able to go in for 5 minutes always ended up an hour or two lol.
