  6. In regards to shops - charity shops come in 3`s or 4`s or one place near me theres 8 in a row all for different causes.. Then there is the small independent mobile phone shops selling millions of phone case colors and offering phone unlocking. AND don't forget subway or as in Leeds city centre case a Greggs on every other street, I don't take much notice now but last year in town me & mate were having a mooch about. anyway long story short on Vicar lane inside and around the market we counted 11 Greggs you cant walk around Leeds centre without being within a spits throw of one - Q - how many sausage rolls can one eat in a day and not die lol Love your Louth idea for town scene as a very quaint place I use to work 2 mile north of it. ps: you can keep wow I prefer runescape (don't argue or mute wand may have to work lol on RS anyway )

  11. The clarity in both colour and B&W is stunning Jim with the focus detail of the 66 and great sense of the passing express`s speed. kind of agree with Mick if you ignore the rest in the picture the 66 alone could be a great model shot. may be a shot a mick`s 66 he just repainted to that no name blue company yuk lol. Another side your cameras pick out well is the track/ballast and nearby scenery in great detail.
  12. Hi Mike welcome to Plattling cam thread and some great screen grabs there fella.. As regarding the tanks more likely the chaps were at end of shift or abit late from heading from the industrial estate, so tend to just pull in to shunt depot as I call it. So the guys still on shift in a spare moment will come take the tanks out of there and park them up so the class v60 / 364- is free for next crew shift. A quick recap for anyone new too this thread. ( I call them shunters because they shunt here - but all these locos are mainline registered ) The red line is were the shunters go up to the industrial estate with most of the wagon loads. The blue line goes to Deggendorf used by the green/yellow Dmu`s that pop in and out of Plattling. The green line area is a gravel/stone company. There is all so the far left of station yard works they do and other off site work they travel to in the area etc. ( map done by use of Google earth for area work understandings ) Edit: The small ones are DB Class V60 (364/365) The larger are DB Class V90 (294/295) Although both classes have had many upgrades & class renumbering depending on engine upgrades or remote control features etc to name a few..

  17. The backdrop is no problem till it`s a real good looking lass cleaning the next urinal next to you, or more fun when the gent or ladies toilets are closed for cleaning and everyone uses the gents/ladies that is open. Very common through out European truck stops and large motorway services. you soon get use to it lol
