I THINK they are second generation, but not sure, on gold boxed tapes so likely not super, but are likely to be copies from a super recording to my Std HiFi deck. My TV. most VCRs, my consoles, part of my HiFi, my video cameras are all the same brand.

I raided the rear discs off a scrapper once, but could not get a repair kit for it. I also managed to locate brand new rear discs. Was a common conversion on Avengers and Sunbeams, but never managed to fit them.

Your leaders are extrememly replacable, if they drop dead just assign someone else. So why does there need to be any designated survivors when any old person will do?

I used to run my RG4 shunter (was given the motor as their kit build failed), on a variable transformer, ran perfectly well, could get down to motor shaft speed of 4rpm. Tried my transistorised plug in control (works fine with XO4 and ringfield types) and I turned it straight off, first bit of power and it shot off making horrible noises. Same pair of controllers got used for the twins train set rather than buying cheap controllers and worked Bachmann stuff well as well. It appears to only be coreless motors that insist on very clean DC. As to lubricant, any recommendations?

Gaugemaster I think I would not inflict a Portescap to either a resistance mat controller nor a pulse type electronic one. I have 4 controllers and it is uncontrollable on a H&M Commander, but excellent on a Safety Minor. Gaugemaster D seems fine too.

Most of my friends didn't smoke as it would mean less money for other things. So most liked a drink, some bought records - lots, some of us ran bikes, me model railways. Lots of us gigs.

Lost two grandparents to smoking induced cancer. I am totally amazed that anyone under 50 actually starts. When I was at school smokers were generally treated like pariahs. I refused to do as a prefect requested once so she reported me, so I dropped her in it for school bus smoking. I eventually at the age of 16 went to motorised transport and gave up the school bus as my moped probably did it for about 10p a week.

The Lima is nearest to 119, checked Hornby, Lima, DC, and pictures of Trix. I sliced one side off, carved off the top edge and put a piece of plastic card along the top. Then covered in rubber, twice, now got about 20 frames before the moulds started to wear out.
