You MUST NOT use front or rear fog lights unless visibility is seriously reduced (see Rule 226) as they dazzle other road users and can obscure your brake lights. You MUST switch them off when visibility improves.

Thinks that the ability to count should be included as part of the driving test. That way drivers would recognise that there are 3 lanes to a motorway AND that the SPEED LIMIT is 70mph.#
