Sadly Ronnie's death at the age of 79 has been reported today. RIP Ronnie.

    He had read the road but is that arrogent that he thinks the rules of the road dont apply to him so he will charge along the outside lane untill the last second then bully his way accross and up the slip road just as he planned to do from the moment he joined and went strait into the outside lane .at a guess driving something large black and german

    And what came out of it was the need for a propper signed inspection agreement for any vehicle on your operating licence and the ability to fund this for 12 months .anything over 3.5t has to be inspected every 6 weeks at an independant garage contracted for this purpose .inspection period can be shorter or longer dependant on amount of milage vehicle is expected to do higher more intence use shorter periods. Iirc wasnt the owner operator at sowerby doing his own maintainance and scrimping on that .

    Used to be a yard full of them up littleburough way was a bit like that full of Tr7s in various states of decomposure a couple would vanish for a fully restored one to appear a few weeks later
