Mine arrived earlier today, superb model with an excellent finish. Did notice one error in the normally superb certificate, 47706 was named Stathclyde and not Haymarket TMD. 47715 is Haymarket. Another minor error in the certificate was it was built as a 47/0 not 47/4.

I would think it also requires new nose tooling, can`t remember any nose doors and headlight combo. ( Edit,37057 does have doors and a central headlight) Superb work to all involved, looks stunning.

If you look on the packaging photo on Hornby`s site, it states 43311 and 43314 for the sound pair, i`m waiting to see for sure as i don`t want 2 43312`s!

47576 also comes with etched plates which was a nice surprise.

Still got my pre-order in with hattons for 73205 but the latest running issues are making me think again. Might even venture down to Olivia`s and see it run before i make a purchase. My local model shop was saying Dapol were`nt the best to deal with but he gets his via Guagemaster instead.

Can a coupling hook be fitted to the leading cab of the East Coast 91 ? I was hoping to make a drag set.

Mine arrived yesterday, Pristine KOYLI. Have to say i`m also deciding whether or not to return mine, first thing i noticed was part of the nose top grab handle broken and wedged inside the sleeve so clearly not damaged in transit. The nose bracket nowhere even in the box and i was a little bit disappointed with the state of the box, scruffy with loose edges. Looked more like something you would get off ebay, not a £125 model. Poor QC indeed.

I can confirm my locally bought East Coast DVT has the correct branding. If anyone has received a Fast Coast one i would exchange it for another.

As i live a stones throw from the former depot, i think one of these are in order. Just need to do some research to see which ones were allocated there!

I`m not in the collectors club but i fancied Manston too so i pre-ordered it, despite not being a member the order has gone through! I did buy the Royal 67 though the shop but as far as i know it did not include any membership !
