Heljan got the Mainline logo in the wrong place on 33204 too

That's a bit annoying that the logo is in the wrong place. Gutted about that never noticed.

The postman returned 6515 is white rather than cream. The model is superb though and i can live with colour error as it looks stunning.

I would have bought a pristine version. I have seen the pictures of the one on ebay and its a no from me !!

WCRC locos are generally clean, the Heljan sample is way too dirty for my liking. I will wait to see better pictures and will have a look at the ebay one later today.

If anyone is getting 33029 I'd be interested to see what the weathering is like on it. It's a potential purchase if the weathering is acceptable.

I see Hornby have changed the Cross Country power car number from 285 to 357. Sensible decision

I have ordered a set of plates for my 33063 when it arrives, Fox and Shawplan do not do the Lt Jenny Lewis plates. I wonder if the model will have any included.

Glad my info on Facebook has helped you. Its one of the 2 i have on order (D6515) . I had a quick look at the available plates for 063 and had also decided i would probably go for Fox too. Let me know what they are like please .

Does anyone have the 33010 & Tank pack ? What is the weathering like on 010 ? It doesn`t look too bad on the pictures. And are the tanks accurate for the Mid 80`s ? Thanks.

To save trolling through this entire topic, I'll ask the question. Sorry if it has been mentioned. I thought production numbers varied according to orders gained from retailers. If models are only announced when production is just about to go ahead or even already produced. Aren't they at risk of misjudging supply and demand? Maybe announcing only what is to preduced over the next 12-8 months only may have been a better compromise?
