At our meeting last Saturday, we smashed our previous attendance record, when 63 people came along. Previous figure was 55. A really good afternoon, excellent layouts and displays. Lots of goodies being sold on. All went home happy. We do it all again on Saturday 8th January 2022. If you would like to join us, then put this date in your diary. Stan.

We had our first get together at the Corpus Christie Hall since January 2020. Really successful day with 54 members/visitors coming along, thats one short of our record number. All enjoyed playing trains on the 5 layouts, with the show you how stands busy as well. The sales stand did extremely well and the buffet was soon devoured. There will be plenty of goodies on the sales tables all at competitive prices and we have just had a batch of Kato 109 chassis delivered, again available to purchase on the day. The show you how stands are there to solve many aspects of railway modelling ie track laying, wiring, baseboard construction. All you have to do is ask questions. In recent months production of the kato tram chassis has been slow in China which resulted in a short supply especially if you where buying in bulk. Things now seem to be improving with deliveries in Japan. Stan.
