Class 37, by Accurascale
PjKing1 replied to Accurascale Fran's topic in Accurascale / Irish Railway Models
We can wait in eager anticipation together then ๐ค Paul -
I know I no said I donโt post work stuff but itโs not every day you manage to catch the royal train as it passes ๐ค Paul
-
These arrived today, just need the rest of the 37 to go with them ๐ it would be interesting to see if these could be used on other locos when re-gauging ๐ค Paul

Donโt normally post work stuff or modern trains for that matter but for anyone who likes 802โs here you go! Not a bad days work to be fare, book on at 1852 to do two round trips from Liverpool to Manchester Victoria so done by 2300 all being well. Paul

Iโll have to take a look at that realistic thread, havenโt had a nosey at it in months, I definitely helps to get things done in small sections otherwise interest can be lost with the task ahead. Also to have something to play with helps hugely. Initially ELJ will be just two boards but there will be a third eventually, nothing to exciting but Iโll will add a little bit extra to it ๐ Paul
-
Cheers buddy, Iโll be glad to get all the track done on this board as Iโve built it about five times over the years ๐ itโll be great to do build the next section and do something new! I just need to pick up the pace as itโs so easy to become lazy. You had yours built in about a week I need to take whatever youโre taking! ๐คฃ Many thanks again Paul
-
Thanks very much, once all the track on this board is complete an wired up hopefully things will move even quicker. Thanks again Paul

Your very welcome, thankfully Iโll only have one or two steamers, canโt the original wheels be pulled out Lez like on the more modern diesel locos? Paul -
Thanks Rod, once you get into it itโs quite fun isnโt it and not as scary as it seems, I found it much easier in 7mm but I think thatโs my age ๐ Thanks again Paul

Evening Lez had an hour at York sat in the sun so Just caught up with everything on this thread, some excellent work there, you make converting steam locos look easy! Iโm dreading doing my one. Keep up the great work ๐๐๐ผ Paul -

Thanks for that Lez Iโll take a look ๐๐๐ผ Paul

To be honest think Iโll be just using some thin copper clad with cosmetic tie bars attached to, itโs the only thing I can think of to be honest. Paul

Cheers Brian ๐๐๐ผ

Again apart tie bars and slide chairs thatโs the trailing crossover complete, one point to go and then the catch point then I can wire it all up! Paul
