I had to return mine due to issues with sound and bits missing which were not even in the box. Box arrived from DHL and looked liked it had been dropped and kicked around which was not great. I'm not sure why a new loco can be dispatched and arrives next day but faulty items have Yodel 72hrs even if return is due to it being faulty and returned within 2 days of arriving, so will be at least a week or more before a replacement arrives . I think the Loco is superb and have more on preorder just wish the return process for replacement was quicker for fault items with the first 30 days.

Hi Roy i emailed the before Easter regarding issues over trying to fit the couplings to my yeoman wagons and they do not have a fitting guide for these Bob

i have sent 4 emails to west hill wagon works and still no repsonse to any of them, which is disappointing to say the least. Are they still around as nothing on this forum for a while either?

hi has anyone used these Hunt Magnetic Couplings Coupling Pack For O & K Dapol JHA Hopper Wagons- OO Gauge as I cannot seem to get then into the coupling pocket and already broken 2 of them. There seems to be an obstruction and seeing there as specially desgined for these wagons is some what disappointing I contacted west hill wagon works for advise but no repsonse from them as yet.

Thanks for that. Like you said it would have been nice to make this clear and be able to fit a decoder without removing the body. Decoder ordered, just hoping with my fat fingers nothing breaks of when fitting the decoder

Railcom refers to z21 so not applicable as using NCE power cab and I only have it on the DT in the TPE set and have no issue on the no 5 sleepers. more of an issue is only showing white lights in either direction. If it needs a decoder to operate on a dcc layout that is fine, but does it?

Just trying out my TPE set and the Driving trailer is making an annoying buzz when on my track, using on dcc. The other thing is what ever direction I put the DT on the track only the white light are activated, so no red tail lights can be displayed. I can’t see anything in the notes with the sets. Will the lights only work correctly dcc with decoder fitted when running on dcc

Hi Have the css issues been resolved now as the seem to be more adverts and videos that you cannot seem to close down. This is especially noticeable on accurascale and revolution topics and never seem to display the premium theme whatever is selected I’m am using and iPhone/iPad

Hi Mike sorry even more confused now by your response. So you are saying the dispatch email does not mean the order has been dispatched. So my question is how do you tell when the order has actually been dispatched?

Hi i have been a premium user for a while now can I ask why I am still getting pop up videos in the Accurascale thread. I can understand model railway related ads but currently some sort of news feed which I cannot close.Most other areas show the premium header but not in Accurascale or revolution thread, even selecting the theme does not solve the issue. I am having issues on iOS devices please can you assist with this thanks

I see KMS Railtech has posted on facebook only some of the original remade batches have arrived and are in stock . Any chance of a full update as to what is going on with the replacement batches. I hope there are no further problems with these again.

Hi does anybody know the position of stock levels of the BR blue version, Have they all been snapped up or is there a further batch on the way. I have D1000 and a br blue weathered version on order, fancy the clean blue version to go with them Regards Bob
