I spoke to SLW around 6 weeks ago and was told then it would be 2 to 4 Weeks for delivery for Sound 25 324 , so hopefully some information will come to light over the next few days as to what the delays are.

like wise, 25 324 ordered March 2021, perhaps the DCC sound version has not arrived yet as no new videos out there as yet that i could find.

are any of the 25 324 models delivered been DCC sound?

just used the pay link but it does not take payment, just updates credit card as recieved email stating "full payment will be taken when the model(s) are in stock and ready for dispatch" My order was for 25 324 DCC sound

My Gbrf twin pack just arrived. Had a Quick Look and found 081 with both bogies not in the correct place in the cradle. Not had chance to run yet so hopefully it had not been damaged as there is no way I am going to try and fix it with my fat fingers and dodgy eyes. It will be a pain to return as the box is huge and to look like the retailer had issues finding suitable packaging as well

paid in 2020 and still awaitng for mine so must be really busy if they have not sent out peoples order who have paid after 2020

It would be useful if Revolution could confirm which decoder, make and version, will fit and operate all the lighting functionality without any need to reprogram or re configure to make all the lights work correctly. Also I do not think you should need to remove the circuit board to isolate some lighting function to get the correct lighting arrangements as mentioned in a previous post

Just took my blue grey version out of the box and one part had come off in transit. can anyone point me to where this bit should be reattached

My eye sight is not great but no that bad that I would not see a piece of cellophane so No idea why it did not work so possibly a bad connection. Having inserted and removed the batteries I would say that it is a Very fiddly design, more so for removing batteries and inserting them. Overall still a great wagon.

Hi Tony rechecked batteries and definitely the correct way round. Managed to remove the batteries using a screwdriver and pliers. Checked the voltage of the batteries again and all ok, but I did change them anyway. Put the new batteries in and worked this time. I’m not sure I would like to take the batteries out very often due to lack of access. Perhaps something Accurascale could look into in future releases. At least they don’t have to be send back.

just tested my dcc ready Class 37 027 in which i fitted an Accurascale Sound decorder. I also have nothing when F11 switched on and like all others with the DCC ready model,the hall sensors do not work either. Logged issue with Accurascale Support, hopefully they will be able to resolve in the next week or 2.

Just unboxed my wagon and fitted batteries as per video and light does not work any one else had issues. Brand new batteries and tested ok so I know it is not the batteries. my other question is how the hell do you get the batteries out?

I had to return mine due to issues with sound and bits missing which were not even in the box. Box arrived from DHL and looked liked it had been dropped and kicked around which was not great. I'm not sure why a new loco can be dispatched and arrives next day but faulty items have Yodel 72hrs even if return is due to it being faulty and returned within 2 days of arriving, so will be at least a week or more before a replacement arrives . I think the Loco is superb and have more on preorder just wish the return process for replacement was quicker for fault items with the first 30 days.
