Their website is not even updated. Hasn't been for a while

And what was wrong with my DISAGREE? My DISAGREE to his post was just the first part because he didn't get my point. The rest may his his opinion which I don't agree or disagree to. Looks like you take ratings so seriously that you want to even things up. Kiddish....

Read the very own statement that you have quoted from my original post. I am sorry if you didn't understand that. I CLEARLY mentioned that my post was off-topic and that I was just adding a list of the models (both best and what I felt past muster today). I also CLEARLY stated that it was just my opinion with models. I've never had an issue with Hornby in 15 years and received excellent service from them. I am nothing but a very satisfied customer from the Welsh, Danish, Italian and Margate manufacturers.

With forthcoming locos like the GWR Hall, D16, K1 and the 9F I do indeed expect higher results atleast for the last 3 mentioned if Hornby do go down the Class 700 route. COACHES/WAGONS: - BR/SR bogie passenger brake - All Pullman stock - All Maunsell stock - Mk1 coaches - Mk2E coaches (pre-production) - Hawksworth/LNER teak coaches - Pendolino coaches - Javelin coaches - Gresley BR/LNER suburban - OTA - KFA - SPV-A/12 TON fish van** - LMS 4 wheel CCT** - GWR Shunters truck - Thompson Non-corridor All these are the models that I consider as good and models that I would spend money on. I am not looking for any useless ratings like "DISAGREE" for something that is my very own opinion about a range of products.

Well I don't think anything can be done if they are having problems with Kader. Look around of this forum and you will see. It's not only Hornby. Dapol are also hit quite badly and so are a few European brands. This things can't be sorted out overnight...it will take a few years.

Ummmm..... a little off-topic After seeing the pre-production samples of the Class 700 Blackmotor - I hope Horby do the same for the K1, so far the pre-production samples of the Blackmotor look promising with quite a bit of added detail - smokebox dart, metal buffers etc. So I hope they stick to one principle for all they future products..... I personally feel that Hornby could have done a little better with the Duke of Gloucester and Hall, the P2 and Star seem to be better than them. Silly design philosophy from Hornby, hope it stays constant now.
