  1. I'm glad you're solving it bit by bit mate! Keep up the good work!
  2. Hi Dale, I can honestly say I feel your pain! My layouts not quite as complex as yours but I'm having/had a bloody nightmate with my point motor's/indicator lights etc etc! You seem a little more clued up than me at wiring and problem solving which certainly can't be a bad thing! Keep at it mate! All the best Mark
  3. Just come across this thread...I'll certainly be following with interest - looks superb. I've said this a couple of times but I can't get over how big some of these layouts look compared to my own, with the main loop of mine being approx 16ft x 9ft, this looks an awful lot longer than mine. Keep up the great work!
  4. Looking forward to your thoughts on the Lenz xpress net - if you get chance can you add a couple of pics of the display on your computer to show how the interface looks as I'm quite interested in one of these too! Thanks Mark
  5. Great Pics mate. I only live 10/15 mins from Bescot - Not sure if there's anywhere to get a decent view of the yard apart from the motorway. I must say I do love the look of the class 68's, not seen one in the 'flesh' yet.
  6. Hello, Only just seen this!! Superb in every sense - great modelling and some superb loco's. Very impressive and I'll certainly be keeping tabs on this thread from now on. All the best.
  7. Those scrap wagons look brilliant! Love it!
  8. Looks superb mate! Are those electricity Pylons from 'pylonman'? Keep up the good work and photo's mate.
  9. Looks superb mate! Love the pics from post #1234 - is that a gas main on the left pic? Really like that
  10. Love those Colas certainly an attractive and bright livery - in my opinion. Might see if I can find a battered 56 and have it detailed and resprayed - love the 56's
  11. If you need any more pictures mate let me know and I'll see what I can do as I only live 10 mins away from that bridge. Cheers Mark
  12. I must say that's looking very good indeed, I'll be watching this update with interest as its something I'd like to construct for my own layout. I'm sure you will but please could you provide plenty of progress pics of the bridge? All the best Mark
  13. Superb video's - the layout gives a HUGE sense of scale - especially seeing the GNER 225 and 15 wagon container trains running on the layout. I've 'only' got 16ft x 9ft to play with but my layout/train lengths seem much much smaller than what you've achieved from the photo's / vids.
  14. Hello, Apologies if this has been mentioned already...are the large buildings in the backdrop scratch built? They look stunning and something I'd love to add to my layout. Thanks Mark
  15. Coming along really nicely mate, are the signals going to be automated?
  16. You've certainly got some nice rolling stock. Which Pendolino have you got? Looking forward to seeing the pics/vids
  17. What a superb looking layout - the scenery around the layout is breath taking! I'm 99% sure my house is built on the grounds of where the old steel works was that you've modelled on this layout!!
  18. Dave, apologies if you've already said further back but how big is your layout? Thanks Mark
  19. Having grown up in Lincoln and being quite familiar with Lincoln station/Brayford Pool area I must say this is a superb model in every respect! Very impressive indeed!!
  20. Superb layout Dave and something I certainly aspire to for my own layout, if I get within 75% of the quality of your layout I'll be
