  1. With the mention of Port Isaac I was wondering if you and your band will be scanned by Modelu to recreate the Fishermens Friends so you could form a cameo outside the pub?
  2. With this Australian link now surfacing don’t give Andy the idea of an Australian layout ………… Oh 🤔 Brian
  3. Lovely pics Jonathon. Right train company. Right period and that means kettles in abundance. Brian
  4. I’m glad I read your preceding posts before I saw these pictures otherwise I might have thought you had done an Andy Peters on us as well. Such a pain that your pictures are lost to us and thank you for taking the trouble to do a bit of a catch up on the history. Brian
  5. Well done to Andy and all the team and thank you for restoring equilibrium to my and I suspect many others worlds in the quite chaotic world we find ourselves in.
  6. Indeed. The world hasn’t been the same with not being able to catch up with the Little Muddle muddlings over my first brew of the day. Now to catch with what has happened during the blackout. Has the crate been offloaded or the door fixed. And what’s the position with the hidden cannonballs …………..
  7. I totally agree. The day doesn’t start right without the first mug of coffee of the day and a catch up with what’s happening, or not, at Little Muddle. yes RMWebb was not in a good place yesterday but well done to all involved in sorting the issues out as it seems to be playing nicely today. Maybe the team could tackle the off loading of the crate ………….. or even the engine shed door. Brian
  8. Superb modelling Jeff. You could start your own business producing stones for others to use on their projects ………… looking at the section of wall which has sustained some damage, will you be adding some random stones around the area as I’m guessing in reality the area wouldn’t have been tidied until a 12” to the foot Jeff came in to repair the wall? Brian
  9. If too much rain falls on Little Muddle will it become Little Puddle?
  10. I’ve always said normal is overrated.
  11. I’ve never been able to strip the cellophane off DVD’s without using a knife or nail file to break in
  12. I just had an image flash by of Robert Shaw from the Battle of Britain diving out of the sun shouting “Attack Attack Attack”
  13. Will you be taking a modelling project with you?
  14. Those Crimson Lake liveried locos are sumptuous. It was the LMS lake locos which set me on my adult modelling track way back in the 70’s and LMS is still my first love, despite the occasional digression. Brian
  15. I think the bolting horse in the video is wasted pulling a cart. I think it would be better suited to the 3.15 at Newmarket. Brian
  16. There was a video clip in one of the BRM virtual exhibitions of Ladmanlow Sidings which was taken up into the Peak District on which it was based and videod and it looked incredible
  17. I’m just worried about how your going to get at the cannonballs
  18. I would add a touch of rusting to the chairs Kevin we as if they’ve been in use and have been lifted and are now being taken away. if the load is intended to be new sleepers then I’m not sure that the chairs would already be installed. Brian
  19. That presumably makes him undercover security then ……….
  20. Oooooh yes. You can’t beat a bit of a sort out and reorganisation. I did much the same the other day with my work bench and paint and tool storage so everything is more easily accessible when working. So far I’ve not failed to put my hand right on what I need, but can’t help wondering what’s gone missing that I’ve not realised I’ve lost. Brian
  21. And just think how many N gauge locos you could squeeze into the available space ………. BriaN
  22. Very impressed with those trees Jeff. I picked up a couple some time ago at a show but they’re not really tall enough so making my own seems a good option as I’ll get a better sense of scale as I go along. Something else to add to the list but I do think trying new things and ideas is part of the modelling journey. Brian
  23. I’m thinking that’s a delivery of cannonballs for use by the vessels which patrol Little Muddles coastal waters to keep them free of Pirates and other such ne’er do wells. The last shipment was apparently sent in a crate by lorry, but hasn’t been heard of since leaving the foundry. Rail transit is seen as a more reliable delivery method.
  24. I’ve opened forum as I usually do around this time of the day and the forum is only a little over half of the screen width. Down the right side is a panel with a few adverts at the top then just blank screen and I can’t find any option to get back to full screen.
