    Make that 2.

I know it is stretching it a bit but you could say there are 3 Liveries to do.

88001-10 DRS Livery with DRS Compass Branding

88001-09 DRS Livery with DRS New Branding (NTS Style) Not All Locomotives appear to have this Branding yet.

    88010 New Livery

Gauge master/Heljan are doing 47815 in the same livery so could either compete with or help each other if wanting to work in a pair.

The Heljan 47815 is in a different type of ROG Livery. 47812 was the only Class 47 to wear this livery along with a few Class 57s.

  4. I was wondering if anybody could help me on the following:

I am looking at the TUA wagons and noticed on the Revolution Trains diagram that there were Pan Ocean/ ATO TUA Wagons that runned to Bridgewater and i am struggling to find much information about the traffic so i was hoping someone would help me on some of the questions i have got:

    • How many wagons were usually on the Bridgewater traffic?
    • Was the customer British Cellophane?
    • How long did the ATO tanks get used for as it looks like they may off finished in 1991?
    • Also did they get mixed into a train that had the China Clay TUAs in the consist?

    Thanks for your help,

    Samuel.

    HOT OFF THE PRESS!

We have just been advised that the first of our exclusive 24.5T Mineral Wagons will be arriving at the Bachmann warehouse in Barwell next week! It took us by surprise too, but what a pleasant surprise.

In view of the short period between announcing our special pre-order price of £25.50 for a single pack and £50.95 for a double pack we will honor that price for both pre-orders and any wagons purchased in the 4 weeks following their arrival here at Beckhole which looks like it will be about 14th June.

You can view the range by clicking here!

    Hi,

Do you know what version is arriving?

Also if i order two different packs but one goes into stock and the other one doesn't would that mean that you would hold the order and wait for the other pack to arrive or do you send the pack that arrived and send the other pack at a later date instead? as i would like to get a single and a double pack.

    Thanks,

    Samuel.

I have also noticed that under one of the articles about the Ecofrets it says that there are 232 in service and 84 on order and i was wondering if anybody know the breakdown of how many are in service/ on order with each operator/ Lease Company? As i think that DB got 2 & Freightliner got 128.

    Thanks,

    Samuel.

If anybody knows the answer to the above question i asked earlier this week i would be most grateful.

    Thanks,

    Samuel.

    Hi Samuel,

There is information including consists, prototype photos and a route map on the news page of our website that might help you choose!

    cheers

    Ben A.

    Hi @Ben A,

The information provided does help but as i try to buy items that have been in or near Cornwall it is harder to work out which ones to get as they don't go near in real life but i do buy other items that don't meet that exact criteria. Also i like to get different types of the same type of wagon for example i have got 2 different DRS intermodal flats.

I have also noticed that under one of the articles about the Ecofrets it says that there are 232 in service and 84 on order and i was wondering if anybody know the breakdown of how many are in service/ on order with each operator/ Lease Company? This version has IW&D No.12 on each tank side. It will also feature a lined grey chassis as well, not shown in this initial mock up...

@James HiltonThanks for responding very quickly back to me it looks like it will be a very nice model going by the EP you've shown. Hopefully i may be able to purchase one even though they didn't seem to venture in the far south west. Do you know roughly when the pre order price disappears i know that you have said soon but i wasn't to sure on how close that would be?

    Thanks,

    Samuel.

    Hello Samuel,

Only the VTG version has been received.  The markings on the others are identical, give or take.  We've had painted decks only of the green and red ones, just to check colours.

    cheers

    Ben A.

@Ben ASorry for the very late reply back to you i sought that i replied back but evidently i haven't. Thanks for answering my question very quickly and i now see that you have received the completed set of samples which i must say they look very nice but the trouble I've got is which ones to have.

    Thanks,

    Samuel.

    Hi Ben @61661

I don't know what subclass the following Class 86 is but going by the code i think it is a 86/2.

The only Class 86 i seen in real life is 86259 and i was wondering if there is any chance that when you work on the Class 86/2s that this locomotive may be considered to be be produced.

    Thanks,

    Samuel.

I think it's also safe to say that 86259 in current condition is likely to be part of the mix when we get around to the 86/2s. There are so many livery options on both the /2s and /4s it will take us a few years to work our way through them. It'll be impossible to keep everyone happy, but we will do our best to cover the most popular liveries in the early batches.

@61661Thanks for confirming that 86259 in current condition is likely to be in the mix for when you get around to the 86/2s i wasn't too sure that if it was a 86/2 or another subclass that is why i asked the question on here on Saturday.

It's true, I'm afraid both DCC ready and DCC sound models of 9016 and 55022 are now sold out. D9013 isnt too far behind, nor is Ballymoss. So, if you are thinking of grabbing one, I'd reserve it sooner rather than later. We are beyond the point of increasing the run size with the factory as production has commenced.

    Cheers!

    Fran

Hi, I was about to pre-order one of 9016 in Porterbrook purple last night along with a class 92 and TPE MK5 set when i noticed that they have already sold out hopefully you might consider to do another run of them in a second/ future batch.  Also i am hoping that you might consider to do 55019 in BR Blue in a future/ 2nd batch as that is the only real Deltic that i have seen running (2019) and would like to get a OO Gauge version of it.

We do plan to work our way on to the Class 86/2s after we've completed the 86/4s. Planning and research is already underway, but we need to deliver what we've already promised before moving on to more '86s'!

    Hope this helps

  13. I wonder if this announcement is going to be the HAA Wagon as this could be classed as a mini announcement due to people spotting a sample iirc in a product update on one of the virtual events but not formally announcing it.  Also they are 4 wheel 2 axle wagons which also could be classed as mini.

See the red text I've added to the quote from what appears on the website, I may have made some incorrect assumptions... Obviously the plan has changed a little with the addition of GWR livery (RT-143-311 and RT-143-312), possibly replacing the 'Visit Bristol' version, but what's happened to the ValleyLines version that was going to be in the second batch of 143s?

The GWR livery was done on the Class 143 after Charlie released that list. As well as the GWR livery the only other livery except different branding done after that list is Revised Arriva Trains Wales.

Also GWR seems to be a popular scheme for Modelers so it make sense to cover it next even it doesn't follow the original plan.

Additionally i am hoping that Realtrack may also consider releasing another Local Lines Version.

    Order book not open yet.

    Roy

There is also a thread for the Class 93 in the Revolution Trains section.

The Class 93 was always going to look different from the Class 88 due to the licensing that DRS have meant to got on them IIRC when they ordered them. Hopefully now that another Diesel/Electric Locomotive is being done/ will be done it will make someone consider making the Class 88.

The factory is currently making the final CAD changes and once complete we will open the order book. Obviously CAD has taken longer than we anticipated – for which we apologise – we wanted to be sure that the CAD covered all the many variants of 128s (a surprising number for a class of 10!).
