Just found this thread. Interested to see this project develop. I have in mind something similar, at least theme-wise, for a future project, when time and space allow. I think modelling a realistic heritage scene is as 'challenging' as modelling any of the typical historical periods - particularly if you keep to realistic stock formations and plausible operation. I think the juxtaposition of vintage buildings and equipment with modern figures, cars and buildings outside the railway will make for some interesting contrasts. I look forward to seeing more.

Just want to say how much I love the apartment block. Looks so realistic, that shot could easily pass as a real photo.

I have been a Bottas fan since pre-F1, but certainly since coming to F1 he seems to lack the 'killer instinct' - the push to take a risk and make a big move when he had the chance. When he was with Williams during their good years (2014/5) he had a car that could make the podium, but was often happy to sit back and hold his good position rather than going for a great one. I think he will do well, because the Merc will be a race winning car and he can drive it well at the pointy end of the grid, I just think he will be a second driver to Hamilton at best.

Fascinating thread, loving the pictures. Only got one to contribute for diesels on the Southern - this came thundering through the night while I stood at Beckenham Jct one winter evening, the white colour made it seem like a real ghost train.
