  1. I think its a dud one it was sent to me from the UK and the seller could not fathom why it wont work He has sold a several from a shop in Manchester and was very helpfull until we tried everything, and Roco are as yet unresponsive. the issue is that I can easily connect to the TP-Link but the TP link cant connect to the z21start! although I can use the z21 with my old plug in Multimaus. Therefore I can not use the app on my iPad or iPhone.I cant run the Roco maintenance programme over it as I don't have a windows pc.
  2. Thanks John K but Thats not very helpful. as I said it was working beautifully until I added the stay alive.
  3. Hi I find this really interesting. I thought the Darling harbour goods yard was the one nearer Balmain in the shadow of the Anzac Bridge. It had three large cranes, When I snuck in there in 93 there where lots of wagons still there rusting away. it was also in the shadow of the Balmain power station and the Grain silos. I went up one of the huge cranes and took many photos.
  4. Hi,I have been away from the hobby for some years , now I'm back and I bought two Zen ZN8H decoders with the Stay Alive add on. I installed the Zen Nano into a Bachmann 56xx London Transport L89 and did the test on rollers it ran beautifully in both directions smooth as! Then I added the stay alive black to black and blue to blue, and it ran ok for a minute then it started to act erratically speeding up and stoping a few times so I cut the Stay alive off and tried to run again and after about 10 secs there was a short on the line and the smoke came out of the decoder! and as you know once it's out, thats it, you can never get it back in!. has anyone else had this problem? Or is it something I did or said? I have put the other new Zen Nano into the loco without the Stay alive and it's running so well. I'm running on Roco Multimaus and 10764 system.I have a new z21 that thats a whole differnt non starter. Cheers in advance.
