Reference Bachmann 37025 Inverness TMD in BR Large Logo Livery. Is there any difference to the recent model 32-780RJ and the earlier release a good few years ago 32-780Y ?? Light switches on underside of fuel tank for example ? Would be interesting to know before I splash out.

Does anyone have the white clip on pipework that goes along the side of fuel tank, see attachment. Think some 47/7's and the Heljan Class 86 had similiar. Doesn't matter whether it's Bachmann or Heljan.

I'v picked up a decent Heljan 47715 body in Scotrail colours and looking to model it in the era of push/pull operations. Looking for some help regarding the correct chassis I should be looking for, some things that have come to mind detailed below. . I need to get one which has buffer beam cowling, or pick up a spare buffer beam ? I read somewhere the supplied chassis for both 47714 and 47715 may have the incorrect fuel tanks ? These 47/7's had white pipework on one side of the fuel tanks, would a Class 57 chassis which has similar pipework be suitable (don't have one to compare) ? I've also made a 'Wanted' post for TDM cables which are missing. Anything else I've missed please let me know. . Any info appreciated

Just back in the hobby after a number of years and looking to purchase a hand held mini rotary drill for minor jobs. Don't want to pay a fortune since I don't see myself using to many times, more of a good to have. Any advice, variable speed, rechargeable etc, any recommended make ? Any info appreciated.

Nick, Thanks, that's good news. Is there a trick to releasing the roof, I know it slides along a few mm then lifts out but I'm having difficulty in getting it to slide. I've tried pushing a blunt edge against the roof lugs that are on the underside but no luck as yet. Don't want to force in case I damage something.

Looking for the above preferrably in BR Blue/Grey. PM if you have one or any other 122 that could be of interest.

I've a spare Class 122 roof and wondering if it can be swopped over with the Class 121 effectively changing a BR Blue/Grey 121 to a 122 ? I think physically it will but I'm not sure about the internal lighting, cab, headcode saloon etc. Would the lights etc swop straight over or would mods/soldering (not my strong point) be reqd ? I would have to renumber and change the exhaust pipes but from what I can see there is no or very little difference bodywise between the two, number of doors etc. Any info would appreciated. Cheers

I also had a stuttering/grinding Class 122 which I've now sorted out thanks to following the above instructions. Although a bit wary at first, by taking my time I finally got there without breaking or damaging something which is good going for me. Like others have said the running is like night and day. A great thread/article.

Hoping they drop some 122's to similiar.
