    My concern is if the tank isn't due for a year or more or worse go same way as King I would try another route. Before anyone states the obvious I realise Kernow are a different company to the King company. Maybe an update from Kernow in response would be most helpful route forward?

    Loco promptly replaced by RAILS same problem I.e. cannot read cv but I was able to programme this one. Must be me I hate getting old

    HelpI recently purchased a Hornby King when I put it on programming track it said CANNOT READ CV. Now in my simple world I'm assuming that means I cannot reprogramme loco number or alter cvs, although retailer assures me that all Hornby TTS locos are like this.. I do have another King with TTS and there was no problem programming this loco and no mention of not reading cv, I use an NCE system. Any ideas? Terry

    I'm sure we could arrange visits providing you weren't incarcerated too far away. I seem to remember that the Devonshire layout stations were all scratch built which at the time, was unusual.

    That's great could you post them on this site show the younger ones just how much skill and innovation was needed to model in those days?

    Does any one remember the Nnorth Devonshire layout I think it was Ken Norwood (or something similar) who built it? I still miss the list of locos that appeared with every layout. T

    Had problem with one of these worked perfectly, then wouldn't work at all. After phoning Hattons set CV8 to 8 so far so good. Hope this helps. Terry

    Is it worth buying one of these for layout without gradients I'm concerned it could end up parked in platform bay because of poor running. Maybe yes or no from those who own one. Thanks in advance. Terry

    Just taken delivery of 1366 ran perfectly forward but refused to go backwards so returned. Pity stunning model.
