  1. So there's the class 31 that hauls the Mk1 subs and Mk2b TP coaches The WR/NSE Mk2Bs need a 47/50/52 - so I guess an AS class 50 is about to be announced? The class 37 has a variety of wagons to haul The Deltic has nothing to haul, maybe some decent late Mk2def coaches from AS? The 92 has a rake of coaches to pull, maybe a few wagons? GW7819 has a small growing range of AS wagons So many of their wagons scream AS class 60! So what should we expect? Class 50 & 60 plus some Mk 2ef coaches? An EMU would be good too, Electrostar or such like.
  2. Well my new Hornby class 60 arrived today . . . . in bits, so it went back. Clearly a sign of an imminent A/S class 60 on the way!
  3. Still so much easier if on your website, I did use that BR website as I did with the 37s but knowing which actual year & depot isn't so easy!
  4. @Accurascale Fran What about putting depot codes on the pre-order page. Right pain otherwise trying to work out what region the loco will be modelled in! Easy with everything else, not the class 31.
  5. I managed to spend my points on a single siphon G. Voucher / coupon value was £53.86, siphon G was £54.95 but only charged £45.79 at checkout but all £53.86 used. Odd! @McC is that right???
  6. What about some Underground stock. The A stock is popular and the D stock / class 230 / 484 has so much potential!
  7. I have yet t find a way to actually spend the points! 2 wagons with 10% discount = no Paying the final balance on a loco pre-order - = no hmmm
  8. I love it when the manufacturer skilfully deals with every rivet counter query!
  9. 37001 was a Stratford machine, just remove the water tank, change it to SF, plate the headcode & stick a sparrow on the side!!
  10. Could loft temperatures be the issue? I brought all my locos down & lowered rolling stock / units to floor level, put full ventilation in place yet still temperatures were high. I've already had a Dapol wagon bogie deform in the heat & my DCC refused to work when too hot.
  11. No but you 'could' charity auction rare items like pre-production samples!
  12. There is the technology now to add a load sensor to the couplings so that sound & acceleration can be matched to load! Also what about a CCTV camera at the front so that you can drive on line of sight, some German manufacturers do this now. Class 37 would also be good with a cold start option too! Whilst A/S are at it build in a mileage / time timer to allocate the loco for exams. 🤣
  13. It's also a very complex DCC conversion requiring 3 chips! and lots of ££££
  14. Following feedback from another forum I'm on, I've just run the Deltic upside down and held a sharp object in place and found a small lump of resin totally invisible even under magnifying glass on one wheel. Took some removing! That bogie still wobbles a bit but I hope that will settle in with time. Excellent support from A/S as usual. Outstanding loco that I'm running in, excellent sounds not a loud as I feared it might be, having scared wife with drone warning from youtube videos!
  15. Its the centre axle on one end shakes side to side a lot! I ran it upsidedown to watch
  16. Just test running my Rails 55015.Arrived intact but . . When running it goes clonk clonk clonk clonk like the sound of a wheel flat and one end shakes in tune with it. Worse on bend! Anyone else had this?
  17. The only classes of locos not done are 01, DC SR 70 and a few AC electrics. Others are pre-nationalisation shunters. Steam is a crowded market with partisan regional buyers, coaches are nearly full bar Mk2C or better Mk3s. DMUs are well covered but with many gaps in the XC/IC DMU range There's still no track plant, very few EMUs so a lot of opportunity there. Wagons are lacking in the modern end. Car transporters? Nobody makes decent large viaducts, stations or depots. My guess is a working sizable track machine range!
  18. I bought a pair of wagons with a 10% discount, credits not allowed. I went to buy a smaller item - credit limited to maximum 10% of purchase value. Any other restrictions?
