Next batch of Class 70's
Phil Mc replied to k-59's topic in UK Prototype Discussions (not questions!)
Apologies if this has been answered before & I've missed it. Why have some of the Freightliner 70's gained red buffershanks? Is it something to do with the one's that have had the cooling mods? Cheers, Phil. -
I'm pretty sure 1, 2 & 3 are all teignmouth (I used to go there on hols every year). I think pic 4 is Exeter? Cheers, Phil.

Didn't get many pics of them in all over blue, i'd like to think that's because i'm too young, but i'm afraid i'm just kidding myself! Cheers, Phil.

On the new batch of 66's, there are some very slight painting detail differences, some of the door handrails are all white while others have orange sections on them! Can't believe I noticed that Cheers, Phil.

Photographing Skips - The class 67's
Phil Mc replied to roundhouse's topic in UK Prototype Discussions (not questions!)
There under starters orders, which one is going to win ??!! 67025 & 67030 preparing to race each other at Toton, also present were 023, 028, a red one with a grey roof which I assume was 027, & 1 unidentified EWS example. -
Some from Toton today, including another mixed triple. 66559 was on Aldwarke - Whitemoor (I think), the rake was 1x buffer fitted MBA & 7x SSA, would make a nice model I reckon! Cheers, Phil.
