Have decided that pigeons wear hobnail boots when walking on caravan roofs in Cornwall.

Have got the drive back. Son's Landy sold and is heading off to Morocco in the summer. Can now get to the front of the garage. Wonder what delights are stored in there when I open the door?

Have just learnt, via a Christmas card, that the husband of a couple we used to camp with about 7 years ago has early onset dementia, has had to be Sectioned and now can't feed himself. He's younger then me!

Have just rediscovered that my workbench is made of wood, and there's a cutting mat on top of that. Haven't seen them in some time - not this clearly, anyway.

Have just spent five minutes watching Shaun the Sheep. That's the only TV I'll watch all week.

Have spent day replacing window seals on caravan. Cue Paul (halfwit) for a response

Have to do some work today as teachng starts tomorrow. So have had breakfast taken the dogs for a walk, cooked and eaten lunch, am cooking bread and stuff for lunches next week and still don't feel like doing it. I blame yesterday at the Leamington show - was just too darned interesting!

at an engineering firm I used to work for we sent a YTS lad from drawing office to stores for a long weight, after runnaging around for 10 minutes storeman tells him he can't find one and "would a short one do?" - lad toddles back to us and we say yes and send him back. Storeman makes him wait another 10 mins!

I am currently unable to move because a dog is using my knee as a pillow.

I blame Spams! He's been round during the night and painted all the gardens green! But typical - he's missed a bit!

I have found the workbench. Now just to find the layout. And refind the kitchen which is where I dumped stuff in order to find the workbench.

I have spent most of the afternoon touring all the loos in the Faculty checking for faults and reporting them. I get all the good jobs!

I'm using the smoke alarm as a kitchen timer again.
