    Why is it that banks always have loads of people swanning around looking important but actually doing sweet nothing, whilst long queues form due to insufficient tills being manned. Of course, my time isn't important, so that's OK then...

      I was third in the queue this morning with two tills open and my cousin opening up a third. When she was ready for the first customer, it was me!

      Still, my uncle Bill used to open up banks when he wanted... ;-)
