    Since when has the rail staff priv rate on the London Underground been abolished, and who's decision was it? What are these 'Oyster' things anyway?

      Try paying for it, then you'll need therapy - I think all rail staff should have to pay for their product then there might be a bit more understanding of what the customer wants.

      Oooooooh. Somebody's feeling sore about PT. Most of the people who benefit from it are retired so paying really wouldn't affect current customer focus.
