    In a day full of surprises, a shocking and revealing statement to the media by Captain Kernow's wallet reveals that he is being held under virtual house arrest. 'I don't get out much', said Tarquin the wallet, 'in fact, I can't remember the last time I ever saw the inside of a model shop'.
