      Salt and vinegar are condiments, as is tartare sauce, it you're posh. Mushy peas are not. Nor are pickled eggs, although I didn't see those mentioned in the article.

      I would never expect mushy peas to be supplied free, although I don't like 'em myself (CTMK used to have them).

       

      Do posh people eat pickled eggs, though?
