I see from the Locomotion Models Advent Calendar, that no. 87 in GER blue has been announced as part of the Nation Collection in Miniature range.

Assuming there isn't going to be a special announcement beforehand, I would guess the quarterly announcement before release. As for when they will be released, I would guess between 12 & 24 months from when it reached the EP stage

IIRC this years enthusiast events were announced about a month or two before.

The quarterly announcements are for models that have not been previously announced and are due in the following quarter. As the WCRC MK1 carriages were announced in 2019 they do not qualify to be part of the Winter 2023 announcements.
