  1. The first one is a class 189 similar to this one http://www.railcolor.net/index.php?nav=1000001&lang=1&file=siem_21613_59&action=image&position= and the second is Rail cargo serv Taurus similar to this http://www.railcolor.net/imgs/grafics/182_580_02.gif
  2. I saw these 2 separated by 4 minutes! The 5 shunters are back now, but this is the only time today there have been 5 (i think). Also why do shunters often bring wagons in the the shunters 'rest area'? They just block themselves and other shunters in?
  3. Has Plattling lost one of its shunters? There are normally 5, but there have only been 4 for the past few days.
  4. there's a yellow 216/218 (?) in at the moment http://webcam.deg.net/?a=showcam&w=showarchivimage&o=pla&id=201205261615
  5. a different kind of shunter passing through
  6. Thanks very much for the information
  7. Just seen 4 freights in 5 minutes, and on a Sunday! I don't recognise this last livery though, can anyone help please?
  8. I saw that grain train that had a Lokomotion lok at the front a while back just now. Only this time it had a MRCE 185 (?) at the front. cargonautus.de doesn't list Plattling on their timetables anymore, but I would like to now when this train is due to pass Plattling and where it's going from/to
  9. I saw the jeeps and the ambulance rescue vehicle this morning, but not the tanks
  10. I saw an Adria Taurus for the first time just now http://www.railcolor.net/index.php?nav=1406157&id=64790&action=portrait It had 19 of the yellow grain (?) hoppers and 16 and the smaller grey/black hoppers.
  11. The 'donation drive' seems to be over. I sent an email to them but it hasn't been answered. I don't know what is going on now. But I saw a diesel locomotive a few minutes ago! It was on a long rake of yellow engineering grinders etc, with a little crane on the back. I think it is a Siemens, but I don't know the specific class.
  12. I just got my information from translating a post in the guestbook of the Plattling webcam website. The only involvement I have is through watching the webcam! But if I find any more information (or screengrabs) I shall post them here I donated 10 Euros today. If Olten webcam had a contact email, I'd donate to them too, but I don't know what is going on with Olten webcam sadly. Also to Re 6/6 I don't know what livery that shunter was, sorry. Maybe it was being transferred from Regensburg to Passau to work there? I remember it brought in the long rake of cargowagons (?) and then it left. I waited for it to return for a while, but it didn't.
  13. from http://webcam.deg.net/webcamgb/ if appropriate donations received for another Mobotix Webcam (1000 €), we will install another webcam that will cover the southern area of the station, or the feeding direction Osterhofen and Deggendorf. The previously-mounted webcam and especially the Internet connection via DSL and the wireless DegNet Housing Rackspace high for the data transfer volume (> 100 Mbit / s on average) for the webcam (s) is sponsoring this year DegNet GmbH DegNet Housing provides powerful capabilities and broadband internet to even at sites that are using DSL or fiber (still) not supplied donate at http://webcam.deg.net/?a=spende also I am trying to put a link to here in the guestbook but it won't let me. Can anyone try please?
  14. These seem to be the same wagons that I saw the cereals train on a while back. Though this time there sadly wasn't a Lokomotion lok on the front 14 minutes later, I saw a different shunter than normal
  15. Today has seen snow fall in Plattling and currently there is sufficient light reflected off the snow for the night-time mode on the webcam to be switched off meaning there are good night-time views to be seen
  16. Not sure what this is, as I can't speak German but a message on KBS970 forum says a "Velaro Amplifier"? is due to be transferred from Plattling to Munich tomorrow. http://forum.mysnip.de/read.php?12514,1285214,1285214#msg-1285214 LICE-W 93700 Plattling 15.09 Dingolfing 15.31/.33 Wörth 15.41/.50 Landshut 16.00 Freising 16.18/.21 Feldmoching 16.42/.48 Moosach 16.52/17.11 Laim Rbf 17.17 München Hbf 17.25 all times German!
  17. It was probably that, thanks. Rare for an IC to have a lok at the front?
  18. I wonder what this passenger service was. It stopped at Plattling too, but I couldn't find it on the timetable bahn website.
  19. longest car train I've seen going westbound and this morning at 06:48 I think I saw the co2 lok http://www.railcolor.net/index.php?nav=1000006&file=bomb_34693_54&action=image
  20. I have major Olten webcam withdrawal symptoms!! I wonder how to contact the owner and ask them to move it back? I tired a whois search for their website in order to find their email, but to no avail.
