  9. Picked up their limited edition EWS 66050 at Warley, weathered edition, definitely the best weathering I have seen, and the staff are friendly too! Simon

  15. I have heard or read there is somewhere in the region of 200. Thanks to OS maps i managed to locate a great deal of them, its interesting the many variations between them, especially the chimneys Simon

  18. The glazing is the main point that puts me off the Vitains 47s, Brians laserglaze makes them a lot better, losing that prism effect, must try a pick one up and have a go myself
  19. That is quality weathering on the 09, faded appearance is top notch, might have to pop to Modelzone in Brum to see if theres any left at that price! Simon

  21. I plan to do 50005 and 041 in Revised NSE (renumbered from 045) however, did they both receive the darker blue? I think 005 did but not sure about 041? and did 005 carry the crest below the nameplate on this version? Simon

  23. Been selling 60s and buying 50s!! I have 3 in blue, 50014,018 & 037. 50007 in GWR green, 50045 in NSEx2 which shall become 005 & 041 and 5 in large logo, 50004, 009,031,036,040. 50004 was a bargain at £40!!!! Simon
  24. Isn't there any one out there that does replacement front nose end for peaks? Could buy a few of the split box ones and replace the noses Simon
