  1. 2 rakes worth of ScotRail versions on order with Hatton's. Be interesting to see how they match up to the Bachmann ScotRail blue. And then even more interesting to see if the DBSO matches either.
  2. There almost certainly will be at least 3 more Class 71s from Hornby. They've shown an image of the inside of the 2017 catalogue (albeit not in great detail) in which you can see 2 blue and 1 green Class 71 along with various other models that were mentioned in post #9 of this thread. Perhaps they know something we don't.
  3. I doubt he would need to be hypnotised.
  4. FO and BSO in today's Engine Shed http://www.Hornby.com/uk-en/news/the-engine-shed/10730/
  5. Nice to see another project like this appearing. It's always good to have choices. Out of interest, is this a crowd-funding type venture and do you have a manufacturer in mind to produce the model?
  6. Agreeing with the majority here. Major improvements on most aspects when comparing to the Poole era version. It's times like these when you wonder if it was a good idea to start moving away from N gauge.
  7. Little confused here. Wasn't it DJM (not DJH) who were proposing the 86/87 and didn't the project get canned due to other manufacturers already working on them?
  8. Looking very good indeed! Quite prepared to wait to ensure quality and longevity of the product. Well done to Rapido and Revolution.
  9. I don't think we're in a position to complain about a company increasing production to keep up with the demand their excellent products are creating. Long may it continue.
  10. Only just got around to paying the balance on my Pendo (apologies) and I didn't see anywhere to input order notes to help you match up the deposit and balance payments. Is there anything you guys would like me to do here or shall I leave things be? Thanks
  11. Been browsing through ehattons website today and it seems as though the next batch of Met BoBo's are available to order. http://www.ehattons.com/stocklist/SiteResults.aspx?searchfield=Heljan%20electric Glad to see Sarah Siddons on there. Something to go with my S Stock
  12. This looks really nice. Can't wait to see more of it. Tom.
  13. Looking very smart indeed. I'm very much a fan of your modelling. Keep it coming!
  14. Great to hear we've got so many orders in still. I'll be putting in for my Poppylino + an 11-car set on pay-day next week. Looking forward to seeing how laser scanning goes.
  15. Turned out to be really close in the end. A fantastic effort from all involved I must say. I pledged for a Poppylino a few days ago but added another 11-car towards the end of today. If anything Plan B allows me to go for the extra one with a 50% deposit on both being much more manageable. I look forward to the next 14+ months.
  16. Just received my C&M Mk3's. They're lovely models indeed. The 47 and DBSO should make it an impressive line-up.
  17. Is that a mercig 60 by any chance? Looks lovely either way. Can't wait to see more progress. Tom.
  18. The MPV is just an absolute treat to look at. Really makes me want to get it now but I know as soon as I do then the chassis' will re-appear and I won't be able to afford one. Good look with the show. Although at this point I think you're pretty well-versed in the art of exhibiting. Tom.
  19. Quick question. Which Tomytec chassis did you go for? And where from? Thanks, Tom.
  20. Not sure how I missed this so far but it looks absolutely great. That hard-standing is very impressive. Looking around at techniques for this type of thing myself and you've given me something to think about there. Tom.
  21. That's quite the production line you have there. Very impressive. Can't wait to see more. Tom.
  22. Thanks for that Ian. After a quick bit of research, they were apparently sold by Farish before Bachmann acquired them. I dare say they're pretty tricky to get hold of now. Very nice find. Tom.
  23. All looking great. Fantastic work on the MPV too. Can i ask what make the truck is that you bought? It wouldn't happen to be Train Save would it? Tom.
  24. What a talented modelling family you've got over there. Those lights are going to look the business. Shame about the weather but unfortunately it's getting to be that time of year where modelling seems to become confined to being indoors. Tom.
