Two hours later and a large amount of snow has been cleared from around Kernow Towers and my back is again sore, as predicted.

has found that the ski boots still fit and went for a 'push around' which felt good notwithstanding that the ski bindings were stiff and had a problem getting out of them. Note to self..must check bindings before stepping in!
