Can you warm it in hot water and apply it to a wooden mould to reshape it? Or are we liekly to see auction prices for the model go up/down due to demand. How many kits to make a good one?

Horse - if you do get a second Deltic kit for spares, you must park the rest of the unused loco in a siding for years, until a preservation group asks to restore it to running order. They will then find that it has a missing nose end, so will have to get one specially fabricated in the former East Germany.... :-p
