  1. One week to go - looking forward to plenty of cake from Kim's Kitchen!
  2. Yes just to confirm, Giles has kindly agreed to exhibit Denton Brook at the Uckfield show - 21st & 22nd October. http://www.uckfieldmrc.co.uk/exhib17nf.html
  3. Glad you enjoyed the layout - it was its first time out in three years! Considerable time was spent in the run up to the show correcting a few problems, putting in the signals and adding a few details here and there. As it has a fairly simple track plan the operators were quite pleasantly surprised at how much satisfaction could be gained by running the three trains - two passenger, one pick-up goods - on the layout. The sound fitted locomotives and background seagulls/waves, pitched at a suitably quiet and subtle level, we hope added to the atmosphere.
  4. Leysdown is in the S-Max - just the overnight bag to pack. Looking forward to the weekend and chatting to other RMwebbers.
  5. Hi Huw If you go to http://www.warners-shows.co.uk then follow the show link you should come across the trade plans in PDF format. These show the location of the layouts and trade stand numbers. Then finding the list of traders - they are called exhibitors - you will have their booth/stand number. Hey presto!
  6. Date is in the diary. Looking forward to it.
