  2. Hello all, quick question if I may. I have just carried out a service on my Bachmann 37 and in the process dislodged 2 buffers. The body securing screws seem to be located in such a way as you cannot avoid jacking up the back of the buffer and snapping the lug that holds the sprung buffer in place. My question is am I missing something or is there a way to remove the body screws without risk to the buffers please ? Many thanks Chris

  11. I had similar with a j36 tts chip, it turned out to be the loco wheel back to backs causing a momentary short on one set of points I'm not sure frog type affects it either way.
  12. I was looking for the very similar motor for a j94 and drew a blank, Hornby were no help either in terms of when they would be getting any more spares.

    On Cats

    I am currently sleeping on the sofa as my wife has had covid for over a week now and is quarantined in our bedroom upstairs. Robbie our cat is more than happy to snuggle up.
