  1. That's the G scale range which has been available in the UK for several years.
  2. Considering its fictitious...nobody I imagine?
  3. It's only ran in Maroon for WCRC, undergoing a full overhaul and repaint prior to entering traffic in 2010. Before that, it was stored in 2004, so not quite right for either the end of EWS or WCRC operation.
  4. Popped in for a visit this morning, some quality modelling on display. Recommended!
  5. The mod on 47831 was non-standard and therefore almost certainly a one off.
  6. 37-275SD for the eastern region shops also reveals a 37-275Z ‘limited for KMRC’ label after a couple of mins of peeling.
  7. I've been having a fair bit of trouble fitting the decoder into a couple of older Hornby 08s, namely an original R2418 and an R3048, both of which accept the supplied speaker perfectly but there just doesn't appear to be enough room above the motor to fit the decoder. Is there any chance of a few photos from those who've managed to fit the decoder in with the 'original style' motor? Dave
  8. The CAD image shows it as a new body for the 37/4 without cowlings. There's an image if you click the link.
  9. Bear in mind that 9351 is a Prairie rebuild with several differences to a standard 43xx / 63xx. Dave
  10. Dapol's factory fitted 68s are showing as on Pre-Order.... http://www.hattons.co.uk/stocklist/SiteResults.aspx?searchfield=4d-022%20sound%20fitted
  11. So the images have either been edited or replaced and they now have the correct amount of black on the headcode boxes.
  12. A week long event in September 2018... www.manxelectricrailway.co.uk/mer125/
  13. Steam Boiler no longer operational and hasn't been for some years. Its more fuss than its worth to replace the boiler with a weight (the boiler can do this job quite well) and remove the vac brake system - 37099 got the work required to make it mainline usable and nothing more. A bit of extra metal bolted to either side doesn't make it any less susceptible to withdrawal. A tribute it may be but that doesn't stand in the way of business.

Apologies, slip of the keys! Edited my post...

    Hornby class 31

Extensively covered in the other thread but to save you the trouble. R2413, R2420, R2421 affected. Otherwise OK.
  16. It Looks like the old Lionheart ones now under Dapols brand. They're on Hatton's and a few other websites
  17. Bachmanns current 'Peak' body is in a different league
  18. A Bachmann 47701 "Old Oak Common" in NSE was shown on a Kernow video a few weeks back so I'd be surprised if that wasn't one....
  19. Turbots, seacows in new liveries and Barbels there too. Not sure if these are already released?
  20. The locos were sold separately previously. It looks like these packs are combinations of current Hornby products that are being sold together as one
  21. Sounds like the seller doesn't have a clue at all and is unfortunately taking advantage of you being new to the hobby. Although a bit of a pain, I'd personally look at a return / refund and start again with a shop who 1) knows what they're on about 2) can get you going with the right equipment.
