  1. It's also missing a driver, overhead catenary, running on scale 4ft gauge track....I could go on? It's a first EP on a test run - its pulling what is available.
  2. Price (including my order) has gone up to £179. £209 is the RRP....

    Class 07 Diesel

Looks like the decorated samples are now on a few websites including Hattons
  4. Pretty much the whole of this thread is discussion of that point
  5. You're also forgetting that 37423 would need a new front tooling to accommodate the ETH socket and the /0s would need new body toolings to accommodate the top light - the refurbished grille body can't be reused from the /6s on the unrefub grilled /0s. The more this subject is researched the more of a minefield of details it becomes. You aren't going to cover quite as wide a number of locos as you think with a small number of tooling mods.
  6. Although commonly expected to be produced, no Oxford Rail HST Mk3s have been announced yet. All the current variants are loco-hauled.
  7. Bachmann rarely show CADs and have only shown a few stereo examples before so a bit unlikely from the blue team?
  8. Same info on Hattons too as well as livery diagrams on show
  9. M.E.R. car is Winter Saloon 19 in full 1900s 'The Manx Electric Railway Co Ltd' livery.
  10. Looks like you're in luck for it working around Mossend/Motherwell.... https://www.flickr.com/photos/goremirebob/26071716195/
  11. Cracking respray but missing the body mods - needs a bodyside window filling, LED tail lights, EMU translator cable on the front and headboard brackets...
  12. Not valid for actual BR service although this example carries it in preservation, as it did in later BR days as a route-learning vehicle.... 975023
  13. Yep. The only common details are the shade of maroon and the fact they're both 37s.... Different running numbers, livery elements, and owners. https://www.flickr.com/photos/63923883@N03/14350062018/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/37001/7348204496/
  14. They're available at a few places if you search for ""Lionheart"".
  15. Heljan's facebook post quotes thus "The model will be based on the prototype locomotives 4321 - 4399 and 5300 - 5383"
  16. Different design I'm afraid - similar but not quite the same.
  17. Pretty sure the Bachmann Inspection Saloon isn't the right type for the ScotRail/Intercity/Regional ones?
  18. Just spotted these. Class 117/120/121/128 in O gauge from Heljan? http://www.hattons.co.uk/stocklist/1000590/1000673/O_Gauge_1_43_Scale_DMUs/prodlistbyscaleandtype.aspx I've just checked and they're also on Tower Models too
  19. Running samples today.... http://www.Hornby.com/uk-en/news/the-engine-shed/the-merchant-navy-is-up-and-running/
  20. Apart from the Swanage 2013 gala and one or two light engine moves, I don't think 189/227 were paired that often, especially not on LU metals where the majority (all?) of their work was solo. They've worked together regularly on LU metals in the past but this was when 227 was in Railfreight and 189 in Green.
