A great piece of modelling. One which will certainly pay dividends in the sense of robustness.
Going to be nice seeing these painted.

Evening Andy,
Realy nice to see this finished. something that's not run of the mill either.
It does look nice next to your Class 22 as well.
Brilliant modelling as ever.
Question is 'What's the next project?'

Is that something to do with Nigella?
Steady!

A nice pair of locos Mark. You certainly seem to get your skates on with turning locos out...
Thanks Andy,
Yes I do enjoy the modelling locos and rolling stock. Although as Pete says it's not getting the wiring done.
.....so I guess we can expect the class 14 by lunch time?
Regards, Andy
Would be nice and I'm tempted to order one. Don't encourage me

I see you still keep finding distractions to avoid starting the wiring
You know me too well! Really must get on with it! Once it's done it should be plain sailing.
Lovely stuff Mark...
Thanks Pete. Really enjoyed modelling these two. Something about freestyle modelling and no particular prototype. You can use your imagination.
I also like the finish of them too. There's a nice lustre-until they get weathered of course.
And I guess the Teddy Bear will be the next one to hit the workbench!
Not yet. Perhaps in the next month or so.

Cheers James. She's coming along nicely. Good runner too if a little noisy.
If you look at the RT Models site you can go to town on these J94's.

Blimey thought farmers weren't meant to tip milk into rivers?!!

This is all coming together very nicely.
The weathering is lovely and subtle and captures a work weary look.
I really like the eclectic mix of motive power/rolling stock too.
This layout is going to be something special when its finished.

Looks good Chris. Nice model of something you don't often see and rack railways do have a certain charm about them.
Nice bit of diversional therapy away from the Midland stock.

That looks like they're coming together really nicely.
Looks like a lovely kit of an equally charming Ruston design-a favourite of mine too.
Look forwards to the next instalment.

Coming together nicely Tim. There's a real sense of atmosphere developing even at this early stage.
Isn't it written in tablets of stone that you must have a Coopercraft AEC on your layout!

Mark - The wheels are a hint of the colour..

Standard 2 as the next challenge Mark, or is that blasphemy?
Morning Jamie,
Standard 2 would be good. I just know Bachmann will produce one soon-so I keep telling myself!!!!

Across the viaduct maybe Mark...that's good enough for me...

Are you sure 56013 never made it down to Moorswater?

Nice set of photos Jeremy displaying some of your stock in a good size space.
Like the Class 50-Looks good though LLB would be nice as well!
Out of interest are those some Tulis Russell hoppers in the photos of 37206? If so can you tell us more about them.
Cheers,
Mark
