  1. Hattons have sent mine today, probably Saturday delivery
  2. Just to confirm the video is working ok. Alan you have a lot of patience listing the above, but thanks for listing it all. Regards John
  3. Agree about the excellent service , plus on my recent HO purchase, plus before sending the order they had Coastal fit sound to a class 52 steam loco and the sound files were excellent. Also postage was free
  4. The first paragraph is your interpretation of what I was getting at, the main point was the last part of my post ,concerning sniping by people who are not interested in purchasing a class 92 from either supplier. Accurascale were rightly cheesed off about the needless posts.
  5. Dropped my TPE class 68 at Dapol today, they are having it fitted at DCC Supplies, and will post back to me in 1/2 weeks, decoder costing £95, no quote about fitting charge, obviously a return postage charge,
  6. Strange that Accurascale have stated on their RM Web Forum they do not want anymore mention of the DJM class 92, they obviously do not want any mention of a would be competitor, but there is a lot of negative feedback here by people who say they are going to purchase an Accurascale 92 , why bother telling us?
  7. I telephoned Dapol about the sound decoder, they said it should be available in 2 weeks at a cost of £95, they did say to send the Locomotive back to them to fit [at the price quoted]. plus postage costs
  8. Some positive news received today, email giving cad illustrations, plus update on small improvements also 2nd payments in 6/8 weeks time
  9. Still available according to website at Arcadia Shaw {£119) 01706 882900
  10. Still the old lamp arrangement
  11. Agree with first line above, my 6 EWS arrived this morning
  12. Well, being laid up with your broken ankle has given you time to "suss" out a few details for your layout that you may not have done otherwise as you were always on the "go" as it were. Hope your ankle mends quickly, do not rush it though and as previous contributors have advised keep up the physio when you start it; some years ago my vehicle was hit sidewards on by a 36 ton lorry and pushed the vehicle into a concrete lampost, I was most fortunate not only to survive the accident but did not break a bone,{} I was quite a celebrity at the local police station when I went in 7 days after the accident with my licence details etc as they did not believe I would up and about but had 36 Physiotherapy 1 hour sessions, I was told every muscle in my body had been compromised, but as "luck" has it I have no back problems and some 15 years later, am as fit as ever. Good luck! I certainly had it John
  13. Yes that is one of them not a bad price,. my other {trix] is about a third longer in length with sound and the smoke element.
  14. Alan you certainly have alot of patience listing your Track pans etc, it is I am sure most welcome from all your followers on your Hufeisental Topic Page .Like your recent purchases, the Loco looks a little similar to the K bays, I have a Trix and Brawa one of which has a working smoke element as well as the electric pantographs!
  15. I think you mean Hattons for the 66, not Rails, Bachmann very rarely, if ever, reduce prices on their models,
  16. Yes it does, i had no contact from Dj Models for nearly 2 years and as I posted earlier I presumed the Class 92 would not go ahead, it was only due to "posters" on this forum that I emailed DJM as to why I had no updates {I Do not think I had missed many},Dave Jones answered my email ,saying his emails had been returned as unknown ,As previously stated I do have contact now and the newsletter etc 7 days ago,
  17. My email address was lost by Dave, but due to this topic I was able to contact Dave about the lack of information {My email address was lost} he emailed me back to confirm my deposits and e mail address, he also emailed the PDF, as I could not sign into the website as yet due to the e mail loss.
  18. Hi Alan, I did something similar , using a Viaduct Kit crossing about 3 ft from the back scene to Nowhere [ ran the wires down inside one of the pillars,!] May look peculiar to visitors but the railway ran out of money Keep on, great to see your progress. john
  19. Buy One ,Buy another or something else !
  20. Since I put the above post in the forum, I have had a reply from Dave, stating any emails he sent were rejected by the server and that this also the case of a number of other crowdfunders, I have emailed Dave back confirming my email address he understandably wondered whether I would receive his reply, I think windows server may have something to do with the problem, as windows seem to list mistakenly my email address as outlook, Anyway Dave has promised to send me the updates etc. Hopefully my misgivings will wrong
  21. In my case as I have pointed out in an earlier post in this forum, I have had no contact from DJ Models since January 2017, I have since e-mailed DJ Models giving dates on which I have deposited money on 2 class 92s,I await a reply to see why my details appear to have gone missing, unfortunately it does make wonder whether to go any further with this project.
  22. I have an order for 2 x 92s, paid deposits for both , but have not received any recent emails.last being 20 january 2017, that being confirmation of deposit
  23. Latest on the Capacitator explosion. according to Bachmann the 100uf 50v is only there as a television interference deterent, so it does not act as a stay alive unit as I thought it might,. Bachmann said cut it off if I want to keep the model.or send it back to the Model Shop for a replacement or refund. I will cut the two leads and keep the model
