    Managed to upend a whole tin of paint in the layout shed . Fortunately, gravity kicked in and it only covered the floor and not the layout...two hours modelling time lost though.

      Done that with a 1liter tin of Gloss in the shed. Wipe clean floor two days later, however can be a bit slippy when wet, so another half litre of gloss and a skim of dry sand. Sorted!
