  1. Today would have been ChrisF's 76th birthday. His Facebook account is still open, how do we close it?
  2. Commer Commando airport bus operated by Malta Air Services.
  3. Evening all from Estuary-Land. No sign yet of the predicted rain but its getting a bit muggy. If you were asked to name the longest living animal on Earth most of you would probably say a tortoise, but you,d be wrong its this:- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greenland_shark#:~:text=The Greenland shark has the, period of 8–18 years.

  7. Afternoon all from Estuary-Land. A bit windy out there at the moment so I'm staying indoors. Got plenty to do including another lot of washing to put on. Better get on with it, be back later.
  8. Yes very gory, but as a H&S film it makes its point.
  9. Morning all from Estuary-Land. A good seven hours sleep last night, only one interruption from bladder control. But that interruption gave me a fright as it was pink. I've tried to make an appointment with my GP but all lines are in use so if I can't get through I'll dial 111. There's no further signs of blood so hopefully it's whats happened a couple of times before and it's only lesions.
  10. I was in to science fiction in my younger days, Asimov was one of my favourites. I then went on to some lighter reading and read all of the Tom Sharpe novels, and I still go back and read some of them now. Since he died I have read the Carl Hiaasen novels which are very much of the same genre. At the moment I am into crime novels, Michael Connolly is a favourite as is Richard Osman.
  11. Evening all from Estuary-Land. A quiet evening with nothing on the telly and I've caught up with Farcebook. I don't feel ready for bed yet so I'm going to do a few sudoku puzzles.
  12. Mind you, they wouldn't be troubled by haemorrhoids.
  13. That could be nasty if you got them mixed up.
  14. And 50's and 60's Rovers.
