Is that the small square angled bit at the rear of the bogie where it unclips?

Can someone tell me how to remove the wheels from the bogies on a Bachmann Class 37, I want to get better access to the pick ups for cleaning as well as the backs of the wheels, also is there a cleaner available to aid the removal of the factory grease and what is the method used?

Hi all, 

I have run in a brand new Hornby Class 08 loco on DC which runs fine, however, since hard wiring a Zimo 645 decoder the loco speed was a bit erratic during acceleration and deceleration, I have adjusted CV56 from the default of 55 to 11 and had partial success, the acceleration and deceleration seem fine now but the starting and stopping in the low speed steps is a bit juddery.

Is there anything else I can try to get the loco running smoothly at all speeds?

does anyone know of a supplier oo gauge road signs that warn of an approaching bend, a Black background with White arrows pointing either left or right? An online search hasn't turned up anything suitable.

I am busy making  some telegraph poles and need some foot irons, does anyone know if these are available to buy or can they be made?  I would be interested to see any photos.
