morning all,night shift over !! and day shift begins! funny how young daisy is now soundly asleep !! jack is still sleeping .....tash is going to try and catch up.....raining here and quite cool too,have a good day all,keep dry and warm !!

afternoon all,bit late here,out not to bright and early from home,card and flowers left not too sure if tash has seen them yet,wont be too long till home time !! left all asleep this morning,be intresting to see what jack has been able to dismantle in my absence.....have a good weekend ,whats left of it !!

morning all,cold here,-2 deg....the motor industry used aspestos in lots of things,but worryingly is the replacement this stuff creates twice as much dust as before and is almost corrosive,it eats into alloy wheels and corrodes brake components as well as wearing them out,sometimes quicker than the pad material.......theres been no long term study as yet so only time will tell....progress.....at least its Friday....might take jack to the show I thinks....need a bit of lads time....have a good weekend all and keep safe and warm.

morning all,bit late on parade,although in my defence I was up at 4.....got 3 .5 hrs last night,so not too bad !! missis got some rest too,all speeing as I left this morning at 630,very cold and slippy too,so be carefull out there !! have a good day all.

evening all....bit of a shock to the system back at work,would haveloved to stay home instead !! tash is getting a nap hopefully a quitter night !! who is no2.....sounds like the prisoner !! I think im no 1534 at workJacks snoring as is Daisy,im watching the blues brothers....all is quiet....have a good night all....

evening all...bit late on parade,its been all hands to the pumps,missis gave birth to our daughter on Thursday last week,Daisy Jane,all 8 and a half pounds ! all is well although shes a bit of a night owl !! so still trying to catch up on here, hope everyones well.

morning all,Richard ,know where your coming from mate...cool and breezy here,rain last night,Jack threw a strop yesterday,then hung onto me and Tash like a limpit....saw a little girl in the middle of one of the ailes in asda doing the same.....must have been one of those days !! allways nice to know your not the only one ! got the chassis drawings for the wd finished,patterns too,Jack has hidden my copy of steam,and wont tell me where it is....one day I will find his secret hiding place !! have a good day all.

morning all,windy but not too cold here,lots of debis on way to work,lots of bins and bits of trees ! done a bit more to the wd drawings and patterns,got the chassis sides and cab,footplate done so might try and make a start on cutting out depending on how things are,have a good day all

morning all,frosty here too,quite busy on way to work too,still on alert from the domestic authoritys as for the no2 arrival.....me and jack did some serious lego building well I built towers to his passing bricks and he knocked them down....got a crcking loco for him off ebay too like a swiss crocodile but shorter not sure if its a real loco or just freelance but its gone down a treat....have a good day all and keep safe.

morning all,cold and very frosty here,had a few cars over the 100,000 mark,moggy,143000,landrover 108000,2 xantias 176000,173000,all still going when I sold them,funny we are doing decokes again,and on diesels now thanks to the emmisions regulations!! have a good day all

morning all,hope your heads still clear baz,no drink in the the house at the moment as I await the call from her indoors.....not long till no2 arrives...jack was upside down when I coverd him back up this morning,why do they sleep with bums in the air? never looks comfortable to me....done a few drawings I think I need a shunting plank or something down one wall of the workshop so will keep doodling until I am happy,hope everyone has a good day.

morning all,cold and dry here,well mostly....ice attached like concreate,some at work have been scoffing at the snow tyres,not anymore,still managed 15 odd miles and some less than 1 mile away have failed to appear! jack still buried under duvet as I left....best place me thinks....have a good day all

morning all,lots of the white stuff this morning,amazing amount of cars abandoned everywhere,hope everyone had a good Christmas,we all had a bug so postponed till yesterday !! snow tyres proved there worth this morning....6 lane race track we got jack seems to be a winner,although this morning there was a brio a4 sat at the side of a mustang ready for the off......could be intresting! have a good day all and stay warm !

morning all,wet here,but thankfully no frost,awaiting the plumbing engeneers return....hopefully Thursday,some decorations up last night,jack likes the sparkily lights and managed to find a bit of tinsel,this is now in vaious lorrys and wagons awaiting delivery somewhere but hes not saying where yet ! have a good day all.

afternoon all,late on parade....boiler failure ! missis awaiting engeneer........the first failed to appear after 2hrs,the second wouldant ring back,same with the 3rd and 4th,now awaiting the 5th to turn up.....jack spent last night with just head poking up from duvet between us,amazing how much room a small person takes up ! have a good day,whats left of it !!

morning all,cold and wet here,woke up with a small foot under my chin......the rest of said small person diagonally across me and the missis.....nice and quiet to work,managed to clear most of the backlog of bits and bobs waiting for bits.....good luck jock,have a good day all.
