morning all,rained here all weekend too,andy b's picture above very disturbing....that's where im going late today.....cracked tooth! good luck with the interview matey. woke up to find jack had managed to slide between me and the missis,looked comfy too,work detector on too all heavy and Velcro like when it came to moving him! did the final bits to my entry for the completion at guildex in a couple of weeks.managed to nurse the car along a bit longer until the replacement is ready,though ill be sad to see it go,its like a member of the family after all this time! have a good and hopefully dry day!

morning all,cool but dry here,quiet again all way to work....nice...must take jack to see the lancs and the Vulcan,allways loved that at shows,every one allways stopped and started as it did a almost vertical climb into the sky.....awesome...nearest thing ive experienced to a earthquake! went to barrowhill on way to dads,jack allways wants to see the green engine....green arrow,still stood outside....refurbished 40 bogie inside almost ready for its wheels,baby deltic outside,its getting there,its a brave project,maybe if someone has the money,get a couple of 47s that are otherwise going to the knakers yard......falcon,lion.......just a thought.have a good day all.

morning all,took jack to butterly at weekend he enjoyed the garden railway,one kind chap let him have a go,had a quick look round barrow hill on the way to see parents,the shed was beaing cleared think its for the upcoming jules Holland concert,jacks got work detector on this morning,and is taking some moving.....didiant have this problem sunday...have a good day all.

morning all,windy and wet night,although all seems alright this morning and nothing missing off the house ! going to make finishes to the guildex entry hopefully tonight,left jack and gradmar watching the birds in the garden,lego castle rebuilt again after being demolished by runaway train.......have a good all.

evening all,took a stroll round barrow hill with jack this morning,allways wants to look at the big green engine(blue peter) sat outside.....theres plenty of room inside I might add.....was quite impressed with a small drewery shunter complete with whistle that made us both jump ever time it was sounded !! managed to have some of the black stuff to night....once it had settled ! jack sleeping with posterior in air....why do they do that ? anyone recommend a good ste of wd 2 8 0 drawings? ive all but given up trying to contact pdh,have a good day tomorrow !!

morning all,white rabbits indeed,well bob our elder rabbit is white,with ginger and black sploges all over! know what you mean about paint Debs,weve gone back to iso paints and there realy nasty,good paint though,dad allways says the more skulls and cross bones on the tin the less likely it is to peel off........left jack hooking up brio streamliner with a4 looked like a busy day for the banana trucks ! never got round Neasden,but did get round longsight in Manchester in the early 80s,wonderfull....

morning all,still warm here,got to go to work now,cant post as often as id like as the new firm that took us over is paranoid about computer usage,particular if your looking for another job!! had last week off so its a wrench,no pun intended to go back to the garage! still waiting for the wd drawings to arrive,so when they do I can restart making one! now all I have to do is prize a 3yr old that seems to have Velcro attached to him and his bed! funny how they are heaver isant it! have a good day all !!

welcome back chuck,bit warm here too,jack managed to see a proper train as he now says when we see a steam train yesterday pulling into Whitby! not sure about relaxing though,still aching after running up and down the beach !! missis says its my age !

morning all,bright and clear here,quiet all the way to work,left jack with brio a4 in hand,looked like it was about to pull a very long freight! would have been nice to stay and watch! as for diesels clagging,yes over fueling can be a issue,but its a lot to do with them(as suggested) not being run,cars are the same if only run at idle or very steady for long periods of time,the modern stuff just fulls the soot filters and goes into limp!

morning all,nice here,went for a walk round barrow hill shed on sunday with first born,quiet,saw the compound,think jack took a shine to the class 40 parked round the back,i remember being stood in front of one with my dad the sheer size is quite amazing when your that little! back to the Volvos......have a good day all.....

looking good,ive only done a few kits but they seem realy nice to put together,the parkside ones are good too.
