    Added lighting to my TTS class 97! Shame the super glue ruined the look :( Anyone know of alternatives (which don't melt the plastic like poly cement?)

      There has been a few issues with the inverters fitted to refreshed porter brook trailer cars, if not ask the train manager to reset them.

    DOH! - Forgot to cut the wires under the points (3) and they're glued down now!

      measure the position of the wires above the baseboard, mark it on the underside then drill a row of holes to allow you to rip it out?

    Trying to remove the centre screw from a Bachmann RU. Have completely stripped the head, no movement of the screw... Any suggestions?

      drill the head out then use some molegrips to remove the remains once it's apart

      Nope, one set of knackered cams + rockers on a low miles engine... the vespa's gone in favour of a mk1 golf in bits and a cinquecento :(
