  1. Hello! I am looking to get the smallest DCC decoder and stay alive for these models; - Kato Pocket Line Tram - Modemo NT96 tram Neither have sockets so need to be hard wired. Tall challenge! Thanks!
  2. Stirings seem to be happening at Revolution... I just got my VAT refunds for the pendolinos from them, does this signal delivery is imminent?
  3. Any chance we can know the ETAS on the tracking in to Ireland? Thanks!
  4. So delivery of the second batch is nearly upon us, slated for January 2022. I have an Avanti and a flowing silk, both 11 car sets on order!
  5. Is there a way to go on a waiting list for the West Coast sets? Thanks!
  6. Is everything OK with Crewelisle and it's operators? I went to Warley to see you, and there was just an empty spot with masking tape on the floor labeled with the floor number and "Crewlisle Branch" :( Do let us know! Nick.
  7. That box makes them stand out against everything else... it's brilliant! Is there a space inside for a class 68 as well at the top?
  8. I didn't exhibit, but for my layout, I travel with a car instead of a van (save on the hire costs for the exhibition), but the downside to this is it is a game of tetris to fit everything in. I can unload my layout from a van in under ten minutes, from my car it's almost an hour (have to get everything out rather than just the layout to get the layout... out).
  9. I really enjoyed Deadmans Lane, I also caught Revolution and Accurascale playing trains!
  10. I am creating an entire playlist of all the layouts at Warley 2022, in 4K Ultra HD. Below is the first video of the series, thanks!
  11. I also went to see Crewlisle and was sad to see it not there, I too hope the same.
  12. No, but I got off of that 350 at Stechford before it reached BHI for my bnb lol.
  13. https://amzn.to/3U4y7ps Lots of Hornby in the Amazon black Friday sales.
  14. https://amzn.to/3TVTjxX Hornby black friday deals are on again
  15. You almost gave me a heart attack!!! I have everything booked for next weekend, the right weekend... lol!!!
  16. If you need any help, if I'm available in the UK I'll come by if you aren't too far from London? BTW it's Nick here from Rule 1 Model Railways :)
  17. I suppose I'd better put this here... it was a cold wet day, but it was worth it. Also the new Elizabeth Line is astonishingly fast compared to previous methods available, a real game changer in London and welcome relief to the central line.
  18. It's the only way to guarantee to get Hornby to make models we want though...
  19. For me, I do everything to the best value possible. This year I am travelling from London to Birmingham for Warley, but staying overnight in an AirBnB. If you plan ahead, you'll actually get good deals still. Marylebone to Birmingham Moore Street; £6.40 on the Friday (Class 68 plus MK3s and DVT might I add). Overnight in AirBnB in Stechford a couple of stations along from Birmingham International x 2 £25 total Warley show ticket £33 for the weekend LNWR train from Birmingham international to Euston will cost me £16 as there are no advance fares. Around £20 for local travel around Birmingham for the weekend. Total expenses for a 3 day weekend away enjoying my hobby: £100. Try going away for a weekend anywhere else for that little. I started saving up a month ago for spending money for the show, because I think ahead.
