Only two weeks after the date at the bottom of the Spring 2016 contents list, an ocurrence as rare as hens teeth!

I'll have to pop down to my local vendor and see if they have it in stock.

Musing on significant dates, etc I realised that we were coming up to a couple of "significant" GWR loco numbers, that the Journal could run as a special theme for the appropriate issue.

So for Winter 2017 the most numerous GWR model locomotive could be showcased - the "Class 101" (a couple of pages on the prototype, with photos and line diagram would do) and, looking slightly ahead, Summer 2019 could be given over to Number 111, the Great Bear and its rebuild.  Definitely a major issue!

Plus suggestions on how to model its only habitat in the space available in a typical British home!
