Grahame, did you get around to trying Klear on RedAndy's 3d printed windows?

I've done a test on one, and yep, it does make some improvement. The yellow Cortina on the right has Klear painted on the windows while the Cortina on the left doesn't. Unfortunately the benefit doesn't show up well in photographs but there is an improvement in clarity. I just need to wait to see if it dissolves the 3D acrylic ;-)

I like that, the front end may benefit from a bit of fettling (don't recall flat windscreens on any ECW (and clones) bodies but I could be wrong) but overall and for six sheets, not bad at all.

This seller appears to have expanded her range. On the French N Forum the complaint is that they mostly scale between 1/144 and 1/150 which would be better for British N. The ones I have are certainly larger than 1/160.

Nice to know the moaning isn’t confined to RMweb 😂

Due to being on my travels, I had not spotted that Panzer-shop NL have announced that they will be adding new cars to their range everyday this week culminating in a “bumper” number of cars being added on Friday 27 May. Being able to specify which N scale you want your order made in is a real plus. So 1/144 for military/aviation modellers, and 1/148 for British N just needs to be specified in the comments section of the order form. Several of the cars are in TT scale too.

The new cars are grouped on the home page each day, and the full range can be seen by choosing the drop down menus for the chosen scale.

A total of 30 new releases over a week seems like an impressive achievement. I placed a 1/148 scale order early this week which has been shipped today. I'll be interested in the final print quality.

Received today from Panzer Shop NL were a Ford Focus, Renault Scenic and Peugeot 308 in 1/148 scale, but left hand drive. Virtually no build lines and the compound curves on bonnet, roof and sides are very smooth. Resin is clear with a slight green tinge. Dusting of primer applied.
