RMweb Gold The Johnster Posted June 6, 2019 RMweb Gold Share Posted June 6, 2019 Came up straightaway using Safari on a Mac. Good news because I'm in the market for an 1854/2721 chassis kit in a few months...
hayfield
As it never affected a lot of us and and seems to have righted itself, it sounds like a software issue which has been resolved in whatever search systems used by those affected. I have spoken to Dave at SEF many times and he delegates responsibility of his website to either a relative or friend. Websites are not his thing

cypherman
For all of you using Win 10, You should have MS edge browsing software automatically installed. Try using that. I have no problems accessing this site with both MS Internet Explorer and MS Edge.

Steamport Southport
Well there is yet another Windows update currently happening. Before everyone wades in with "I don't use Windows" I would think the website does. The website is working perfectly at my end though. Jason Yep - I just had the 'Don't switch off your computer' message and around a quarter of an hour wait whilst it did it's thing. Trouble was - I had a technician waiting to install a smart meter, who needed to turn of the electricity! Such is life ....... ! Regards, John Isherwood. sharris
4 hours ago, john new said: Same object not found message we had before. It seems to be some sort of routing/DNS problem - I can't see the site on my work computer (Chrome under Windows 7), I can't see it on my phone (Safari on an iPhone 5) when Wifi'ed into the work network, but if I turn off WiFi and go through 4G, then I see the site, although when I turn WiFi on again I still see it (maybe the phone has an internal domain name lookup entry left over from when it found it on 4G?).
